We start with a custom consult where we lock in style direction, budget range, and how you’ll wear it (daily wear, active job, gym, gloves, etc.). We take/confirm size preferences, talk comfort details (band width, profile, setting height), and review any heirloom stones or metal type you want to use.

We’ll help you choose the perfect center stone and accents based on your style, budget, and durability needs. We have a curated selection of in-house diamonds and gemstones available to view, and if you want something specific (a certain cut, color, size, or rare stone), we can outsource and special-order options through our trusted suppliers. You’ll review a few top picks, compare specs, and select the stone that feels right before we move into final design.

Once the design and stones are chosen, we create the design plan (CAD or detailed sketch): setting style, band width, profile/height, accent stones, and any engraving. You approve the final design + quote before we start building.

We fabricate/cast, set the stones, polish, and do quality checks (symmetry, comfort, stone security). Then you pick up or receive insured shipping, and we go over care + future maintenance (cleanings, prong checks, resizing if needed).
